The annual subscription is priced by hectoliters of production.  It includes all the routine tests listed below as needed.  This novel approach brings you efficiency, speed and complete professional support during every step of wine or cidermaking. A problematic vintage can be monitored more closely if needed without a price increase.  The annual subscription includes the following laboratory services and can be combined with oenological counseling if you are located in the province of Quebec.
