The OENOSCIENCE laboratory team takes customer satisfaction to heart. We therefore invite you to complete a satisfaction survey to send us your concerns, your encouragements or your suggestions for new services and/or improvement. We are at your disposal and we will work hard to provide support for new services. If you wish to make a claim, please complete the claim form in the appropriate tab. QUALITY CONTROL DOCUMENTS

On September 27th 2021, our Laboratory was granted accreditation no 988 to the international NF EN ISO/CEI 17025 standard by the Standard Council of Canada (SCC).  The scope of accreditation is available on the SCC website at www.scc.ca.  The scope of accreditation can also be downloaded by clicking on the image below.  Our Laboratory regularly participates in proficiency testing in order to evaluate our performance.  This accreditation implies that our Laboratory is audited periodically by an independent party such as the SCC.  The ISO/IEC 17025 standard regulates all aspects of the laboratory's management quality system and is universally recognized throughout the world. https://www.scc.ca
