
As we enter 2023, we would like to extend our best wishes of health, prosperity and happiness for the coming year. 2022 has been a busy year for our team and 2023 is shaping to be even bigger. We welcome M. Jean-Charles Gayet who is joining us as a new lab technician. M. Gayet is bringing extensive knowledge in chemistry and we wish him a lot of success in his new position. The OENOSCIENCE laboratory has grown significantly over the last year and is not slowing down. New services for coolers, juices and beers have been added to our most recent catalog which you can browse here. The laboratory also extended its scope of accreditation to the international ISO 17025 standard by adding organic acids (Tartaric, L-Malic, L-Lactic), HPLC testing of sugars (Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose), and metals (Arsenic, Lead, Copper).
